Support and billing

Email hello@typecut.ai for anything at all — help using Typecut, a question about a charge, a refund request, a bug, or a feature you wish existed. It is a real inbox, not a ticket queue, and it is the fastest way to reach us.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. For a billing question, include the date and amount of the charge and the email address on your account so we can find it quickly.

Refunds and cancellations

How cancellations and refunds work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from Billing in your account settings — you do not need to email us to stop a renewal.

Privacy and data requests

To access, export, or delete your data, email the same address from the account holder’s address. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.
